Consisting of: 6.000,- m2 of Class one office space, 1.100,- m2 of Retail, 5.200,- m2 of Access, Storage and Services areasThe contract includes for extensive restoration of the existing period features and facades, major structural alterations to open-up floor areas. Access is improved by provision of 5 new lifts and the installation of a mechanical car parking system.
